How it works

01

Come to a community event

Free, in Surrey and Langley, a couple of hours on a weekday evening or a weekend. Bring your parents — they are part of this, not waiting outside.

02

Ask the questions that matter

Mentors share what their work is actually like and the road they took to it. Then it is open questions — out loud, or on a card if you would rather not.

03

Go deeper in a small cohort

Next: smaller groups by field, and short webinars. Not one-to-one mentoring — that needs screening we have not done, and we will say so plainly when it changes.

04

Take your next step

Which Grade 11 and 12 courses, which programmes, which apprenticeships. Real routes from people who walked them.

FOR PROFESSIONALS

Made it? Send the elevator back down.

One event, a 20-minute briefing, and a credential check — that is the time commitment. You had questions at 17 — be the person who answers them now.

Apply to mentor

Flexible by design

Show up to the events that fit your schedule. No standing weekly commitment.

We handle the organising

We book the room, invite the students, and run the format. You just show up and talk.

Punjabi welcome

Mentor in English, Punjabi, or both — whatever feels natural.

ਬੁਨਿਆਦ — your foundation

Your future doesn’t need a guess.

Event invites and mentor spotlights, sent to your parent or guardian. Join and we will let you know when the next one is happening.
